I am Lovisa. For years, I believed I was healthy.
I trained hard, ate well, stayed productive - yet I still felt anxious, tired, bloated, and disconnected from my body.
The harder I tried, the worse it felt.
What I eventually learned through studying psychology, stress physiology, and breath science was this:
my nervous system was dysregulated.
When your body is stuck in chronic stress, it prioritises survival over recovery. Sleep suffers. Digestion slows. Emotions become reactive or numb. No routine - no matter how “healthy” - can stick without safety in the system.
Today, as a Nervous System & Stress Specialist, I help women who feel wired-but-tired regulate stress at the root. My approach blends psychology, breath science, movement, and sustainable daily structure - so calm, energy, and confidence return naturally.

All the lessons in the modules are short and bite-sized, but very important in order to truly embody what you learn about your nervous system and stress.
