For this class you need nothing but a Yoga mat. We are practicing intentional movement, connecting our mind to our muscles, and our breath to our movement. We are mainly focusing on our core, but are targeting our glutes as well. It starts with a mobility warm-up, and ends with stretch and breathwork.
