Conscious Connected Breathwork (90-Minute Session)
This longer session uses rhythmic, continuous breathing to access deeper layers of the nervous system, emotional body, and subconscious patterns.
It is a powerful integration practice combining breath, awareness, and embodied processing. This is my signature BREATH + SOUND practice.
How to prepare:
Set aside uninterrupted time. Avoid heavy meals beforehand. Create a safe, comfortable space where you can lie down. Have water, tissues, and a blanket nearby.
What to expect:
Experiences vary. You may feel physical sensations, emotional release, insight, or deep calm. Some parts may feel intense; others may feel expansive or grounding. Everything that arises is information — nothing is wrong.
Why it’s beneficial:
Conscious Connected Breathwork can help release stored stress, expand your window of tolerance, quiet the thinking mind, and support emotional integration. It allows the nervous system to process what words alone cannot.
