Your Guide For The Next Little While
Hi! I am Lovisa. I am a Nervous System Specialist. I take a personalized approach to wellness, focusing on 5 pillars to help you eat, move, sleep, connect, recover better, and stress less, to deliver on your full potential.
In our fast-paced world, many women often feel overwhelmed and exhausted, convinced they’ve been doing everything right, yet still feel burnt out and trapped in a cycle of stress and discontent. This struggle isn’t just physical; it digs deeper, affecting their sleep, emotional balance, and overall well-being. I have been there too.
I used to think I was healthy — always moving, eating clean, doing all things best practice, a ‘doctor's dream’. But I still didn’t feel good, and it held me back in life. I felt anxious, bloated, and disconnected, lost my libido. The signals were clear but I ignored them. Until I no longer couldn't.
My mission is to support ambitious women who feel stuck in fight or flight by helping them understand the signals their bodies are sending. I guide them to reset their nervous system, build empowering routines, and reclaim their energy, so they can thrive in both their health and their success

Not at all. This course is designed for beginners and those who already have some experience. I guide you step-by-step through everything — from the basics of your nervous system to deeper tools and practices.
Yes — if you show up and apply the tools, you will see change.
This course is built on real nervous system science, proven practices, and the 5 pillars of sustainable resilience: breath, sleep, movement, nutrition, and connection.
You’ll learn how to regulate in real time, shift out of fight-or-flight, sleep better, and build habits your brain actually keeps.
Around 1–2 hours per week is perfect.
Many lessons are short and practical, so even if you have a busy schedule, you can still make meaningful progress.
No. This course is an education and nervous system regulation program, not therapy.
These tools complement therapeutic work beautifully, but they don’t replace professional mental health support.
There are short reflection exercises, optional worksheets, and simple daily practices — nothing overwhelming.
This isn’t about testing you; it’s about integrating small, consistent habits that change your life.
You’ll get a mix of:
short video lessons
guided breathwork and nervous system resets
worksheets & trackers
practical tools you can use immediately
Inside the founders round, yes — you’ll get the chance to ask questions, get support, and share feedback 1:1.
But anyone can always reach out directly if you need help along the way. I am just a message or email away for anyone that has questions or concerns.
I never want finances to stop someone from getting support.
If the cost is a barrier, send me a message — we’ll find a solution together. Your health and nervous system matter.
You get lifetime access, including all future updates.
Yes — in fact, that’s exactly who this course is built for.
You don’t need long routines or perfection.
You’ll learn small, powerful practices that fit into real life and create real change.
Yes — the practices in this course directly support the systems involved in those experiences.
You’ll learn how to calm your physiology, support your sleep, reduce the intensity of stress reactions, and create a greater sense of stability and resilience.
If you show up for the practices consistently, absolutely.
This course helps you rewire your stress response, deepen self-awareness, heal patterns of dysregulation, sleep better, and experience more calm and clarity in daily life.
Most people feel a shift within the first couple of weeks.
